Amazon has violated No Truck Route laws for 3+ years by choosing to fuel its CNG 18-wheeler trucks at a city owned utility company fill-station. In the process Amazon's ran its fueling operations 24/7 through a poor Black residential community.
Ms. Mondie has written Amazon for several months with 4 requests. Request one was stop immediately and don't restart fueling operations through residential community. While the numbers of trucks have slowed, fueling operations have not stopped.
Calls for community advocacy in Trump administration, housing development, and direct relief to residents have been refused by Amazon. Amazon refusal to invest in this community after 3+ years of exploitation and law breaking shows contempt and send a derogatory message as to how Amazon Corporation doesn’t value, nor respects this Black community and its residents.
Ms. Mondie continues to stand against Amazon.
06:34pm: After Amazon executive, VP Sullivan stated in email on March 24, 2026 –Amazon (and carriers) would stop utilizing the MLGW CNG station on Tupelo Street. The pictured carrier (LTG Transportation LLC, truck #521294) and others have never stopped. The No Truck Route ordinance law continues to be violated.

Hear what Amazon truck drivers have said.

Just like Jeffrey Epstein and his wealthy politically-connected circle of pedophiles preyed on young girls not valued nor protected by society so has Amazon, Bezos used billionaire status to exploit a poor Black community and its residents that have historically been unprotected environmentally, redlined financially.
